These Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of products from our store. Order Acceptance
When a customer places an order, the order represents an offer to purchase the products in the order. We accept the offer when we confirm the order and begin processing it. We may decline an order in certain circumstances, such as when a product is unavailable, when payment cannot be authorized, when the shipping address cannot be verified, when fraud screening raises a concern, or when the order would violate applicable law or carrier restrictions.
If we decline an order, we will notify the customer and, where payment has been authorized or captured, we will release or refund the amount in accordance with our Refund Policy and the rules of the payment provider.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on our store are listed in United States Dollars. This applies to product prices, any promotional prices, and any other amounts shown on the website. Customers whose local currency is not the US Dollar may see a converted amount on their card statement depending on the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees applied by their bank or payment provider. We do not control those conversion rates or fees.
We aim to display accurate prices at all times. If a pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer before processing the order to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach the customer, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Promotions and Discounts
We may run promotions, discounts, or sitewide sales from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions apply to eligible products only, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to the terms described on the website. Promotional pricing may change or end without notice, but changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If a customer purchased a product during a promotion and later returns it, the refund is generally calculated based on the amount actually paid rather than the pre-discount price, as described in our Refund Policy.
Payment
We accept payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. If payment cannot be authorized, we may contact the customer for an alternative method or cancel the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the payment method. We use payment processors and fraud screening services to protect both customers and our store. These services may review order information as part of their standard processes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free for all orders. Orders are processed within one to three business days, and the estimated delivery window after dispatch is six to twelve days for most destinations. We cover duties, import taxes, and related customs charges, and customers are not responsible for paying these separately.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within sixty days of delivery. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Risk of Loss and Title

Product Descriptions and Availability
We aim to describe products accurately, including features, specifications, and compatibility. However, we do not warrant that every description is error-free, and we encourage customers to contact us through the Contact page with questions before ordering.
Product availability may change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and discuss options, which may include waiting for restock, substituting a comparable product where agreed, or cancelling the order and issuing a refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Governing Terms and Changes
These Terms of Purchase may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or customer expectations. The version posted at the time of an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
