Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when customers purchase products from our store. It applies to all orders placed through our website, regardless of destination country, and it should be read together with our other policy pages. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed this policy and accept the shipping terms described here.

Our shipping model is built around three commitments. First, shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Second, orders are processed within one to three business days before dispatch. Third, estimated delivery after dispatch is six to twelve days for most destinations. These commitments apply globally, and we do not operate a separate domestic shipping program with different rules. Every customer receives the same free shipping benefit.

We also cover duties, import taxes, and related customs charges associated with delivering orders to customers. Customers are not responsible for paying these charges separately. This is a core part of our shipping promise, and it is intended to make cross-border shopping as straightforward as shopping from a local store.

Free Shipping for All Orders

Every order placed on our store qualifies for free shipping. There is no minimum order value. There is no free shipping threshold that customers must reach. There is no paid expedited option that customers must select to receive their order. Whether an order contains a single accessory or multiple devices, shipping is free.

We made this decision deliberately. Many online stores advertise low product prices and then recover margin through shipping fees added at checkout. This practice creates a misleading shopping experience, because the price a customer sees on a product page is not the price they ultimately pay. We prefer a different approach. The price displayed on the product page is the price of the product, and shipping is included. This makes it easier for customers to compare prices honestly and to understand their total cost before entering payment information.

Free shipping applies to all eligible destinations in our shipping network. If a destination is not serviceable, we will indicate this during checkout or contact the customer through the Contact page. In rare cases where a destination becomes temporarily unserviceable after an order is placed, we will reach out to discuss options, which may include holding the order, rerouting it, or cancelling and refunding it.

Order Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is one to three business days. Processing time begins when an order is confirmed and payment is authorized. During this window, we perform several steps: we verify the order details, we confirm product availability, we prepare the item for shipment, we generate shipping documentation, and we hand the parcel to our logistics partner.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the jurisdictions where our fulfillment operations are located. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed during peak shopping periods, such as major sale events or holiday seasons, may experience slightly longer processing times due to increased volume. When this occurs, we aim to communicate the delay and provide updated expectations.

Customers may receive a confirmation message when their order is placed and a separate dispatch notification when their order leaves our facility. The dispatch notification may include tracking information where available. Tracking availability varies by destination and carrier, and some routes may have limited tracking updates until the parcel reaches the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery window is six to twelve days for most destinations. This estimate includes international transit time, customs clearance where applicable, and final-mile delivery to the customer's address.

Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Several factors can affect actual delivery speed. These include the destination country, the efficiency of local postal or courier networks, customs processing volumes, weather events, natural disasters, labor actions, public holidays, and the accuracy of the shipping address provided by the customer. Remote or hard-to-reach destinations may require additional time. During peak seasons, such as the period leading up to major gift-giving holidays, delivery networks experience higher volumes and delays are more likely.

We provide the six-to-twelve-day estimate because it reflects typical performance across our shipping network. It is not a worst-case estimate, and it is not a best-case promise. Customers who need a product by a specific date should place their order as early as possible and should understand that delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. If a customer has a time-sensitive need, we encourage them to contact us through the Contact page before ordering so that we can provide whatever information is available about current delivery performance.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

We cover duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges associated with delivering orders to customers. Customers are not required to pay these charges separately. This applies to all eligible destinations in our shipping network.

This commitment is important because cross-border shopping often involves unexpected costs. A customer may order a product at an attractive price, only to receive a bill from a customs authority or courier company before delivery can be completed. These bills can exceed the value of the product itself in some cases, and they create a frustrating experience that discourages customers from shopping internationally. We do not want our customers to experience that. By covering these charges, we aim to make the total cost of an order clear from the moment of purchase.

If a customer receives an unexpected request for payment related to customs, import processing, or delivery of an order, they should not pay it without contacting us first. They should reach out through the Contact page and provide details of the request. We will review the situation and coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve it. In most cases, such requests arise from a miscommunication or a processing error, and we are able to correct it. Our goal is that customers never pay more than the price shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to a broad range of international destinations. The availability of shipping to a specific country or region depends on our logistics network, carrier coverage, and applicable regulations. During checkout, customers can see whether their destination is serviceable. If a destination is not available, customers may contact us through the Contact page to ask about future availability or alternative arrangements.

Some destinations may have restrictions on certain product types, such as devices with wireless transmitters or lithium batteries. These restrictions are set by carriers, customs authorities, or local regulations rather than by our store. Where a restriction applies, we may be unable to ship a particular product to a particular destination. In such cases, we will notify the customer and discuss options, which may include cancelling the order and issuing a refund.

We do not ship to addresses that cannot be verified or that appear to be incomplete. Customers are responsible for providing a valid, complete, and accurately formatted shipping address. This includes the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state or province, postal code, and country. Orders with invalid addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost, and resolving these situations may require additional steps and time.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly at checkout. We encourage customers to review their address carefully before confirming an order. Once an order has been dispatched, changing the shipping address is often difficult or impossible, because the parcel is already in transit with a carrier.

If a customer notices an address error before dispatch, they should contact us immediately through the Contact page. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we will provide whatever assistance we can, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to redirect the parcel. In some cases, the carrier may return the parcel to us, and we can then arrange reshipment or a refund according to our policies.

Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional handling. We review these situations individually and aim to find a fair resolution. Our goal is to get the product to the customer, not to penalize them for a typo, but repeated address issues or refused deliveries may affect the options available.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking link in their dispatch notification. Tracking coverage varies by destination and carrier. Some routes provide detailed tracking from dispatch to delivery, while others provide limited updates until the parcel reaches the destination country or the final delivery stage.

Tracking information may not update every day. It is common for tracking to show no movement for several days during international transit, particularly while a parcel is between countries or awaiting customs processing. This does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost. Customers who are concerned about a lack of tracking updates should contact us through the Contact page, and we will investigate with our logistics partners.

We are not able to provide tracking information for routes where the carrier does not offer it. In those cases, we rely on the carrier's delivery confirmation and on communication with the customer to confirm receipt.

Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the estimated six-to-twelve-day window, delays can occur. Common causes of delay include customs processing backlogs, weather events, carrier operational issues, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, and incorrect or incomplete addresses. When a delay occurs, we aim to keep the customer informed and to provide updated expectations.

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery window, customers should contact us through the Contact page. We will open an investigation with the carrier, review tracking and delivery records, and determine the appropriate next step. Depending on the outcome, next steps may include continuing to wait, reshipping the order, or issuing a refund. We handle these situations case by case, with the goal of reaching a fair resolution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or public health emergencies. However, we remain committed to communicating with customers and working toward a resolution even when the cause of the delay is outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact us through the Contact page. We will investigate with the carrier and review the available tracking and delivery information. If the package cannot be located, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a refund.

If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Where possible, customers should retain the packaging and take photographs of the damage, as this information can help with carrier claims and with improving our packaging standards. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but the customer cannot find it, we encourage the customer to check around their property, ask neighbors or household members, and contact the local carrier or post office. If the package still cannot be located, customers should contact us through the Contact page, and we will assist with the next steps.

Multiple Items and Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately, depending on product availability, warehouse location, and packaging considerations. If an order is split into multiple shipments, customers may receive separate tracking notifications and separate deliveries. Shipping remains free for all shipments associated with the order.

Split shipments do not change the estimated delivery window as a whole, but individual parcels may arrive on different days. Customers with questions about a split shipment should contact us through the Contact page.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, logistics partners, legal requirements, or customer expectations. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on our website. The version posted at the time of an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or by a carrier requirement.

We encourage customers to review this policy periodically. If a customer has questions about how this policy applies to a specific order, they should contact us through the Contact page before placing the order.

Contact

All questions about shipping, delivery, tracking, duties, or related matters should be directed to us through the Contact page on our website. This is the central channel for shipping-related inquiries, and it allows us to track each request and respond accurately. We aim to respond promptly and to provide clear, specific answers rather than generic replies.
